I have a studio apartment that will be available for rent in either Jan. of Feb 2007. It is: about 15 miles from New Paltz, pretty secluded, and separate from the main house. My current tenant, who is a climber, stayed 12 years but is now leaving me to go out west--and suggested that I post here because, "climbers are generally great people."
