I’d might as well begin 2007’s threads with a gripe and be a pain in the ass to our esteemed Webmaster. It’s one of lost patience
Things haven’t been the same since the July disaster and insufficient repair has been done. Are the pre-July pictures lost forever? Will the ability to search text strings and chronology be forever absent from Gunks.com? It’s been that way too %)*&^$&^$* long!

Still have the old pictures. The forums will be searchable with the installation of the new forum software. My programmer, Justin, has gotten entangled with another project, and it unable to complete the installation of said software. I'm currently seeking a new PHP programmer to carry on.

This is strange. It seems as there are two different versions of Gunks.com discussion. There is the "legacy" ubbthreads, upon which I write this post, and ubbthreads7, which has the new color and features. The only thing I'd like to keep from the old one is the IP address disclosure and the color scheme.

Pretty much looks like anything posted to this site over the last 5 days is now gone...including PM's (This is when the new site came up when you clicked on threads)

You might need a Php programmer, but what appears to be a far more evident issue at hand is you need a Q/A staging platform to play with all this stuff before you toss code out on your public (Hopefully revenue making) site. Sponsors (or clients in my case) don't take kindly to bad code in production environments.

If you need any resources let me know, I have 5 programmers on staff, might be able to convince one to do some side work.

Where is the new board? I saw it late last night (actually it was really, really early this morning). Was it just a test? I haven't logged in for a few days so maybe it was around for a bit.

Colors were different, there were some navigational aids that showed the directory tree of the forum you were posting in... that's about all I remember.
