That seems like a silly time to go... You'll miss all the ice!

Let the lemmings go south... Less people to hack up the ice up north anyway...

I plan to go the last week of February (this will be my 7th trip). I have a number of people interested and no one has committed yet. I hope I hear soon, because I want to try for frequent flier tickets before those seats are gone.

How is Magic Ed doing? I haven't heard anything since his accident a while back? Anybody know?

born and raised in Sunny San diego. I love east coast seasons but I need a few weeks of sun to cheer me up.
I do plan on learning this ice hacking thing Smike speacks of.

I know a couple other Gunks people are going the week of Feb 14th.

I'm going for ten days over Xmas.

I have some friends who just told me they're going from 2/9-2/16, and I may change my dates based on who is going with me and what dates work out best for everyone.

There always seems to be Gunks people down there whenever I go.

I heard from Magic Ed back in early June and he said he was healing slowly and it would be 6-8 months before he could climb again...but I haven't been in touch with him since so I'm not sure how he is now. Scarey stuff.
