Hello All! Does anyone have any information beyond what is in this article about the woman who was hurt at East Peak recently?http://www.myrecordjournal.com/site/tab1.cfm?newsid=19193319&BRD=2755&PAG=461&dept_id=592708&rfi=6 Synopsis - Climber hit on head with rock, firefighters rescue, LifeStar to hospital. She may not be from Connecticut, all my Connecticut friends know nothing. JDW

I've heard from a friend in MA that she's in an induced coma and that initial tests seem to indicate she won't be paralyzed. She's been moved back to MA.

Belayer, not climber. Climber pulled off hold, which fell ~50'. Piece of hold hit belayer. GO
