Apartment is furnished, and I can leave the bed there too for a reasonable sum.

(The basics: all kitchen and livingroom stuff is there too).

Good for one-person or perhaps a couple.

I'd consider seasonal, but prefer a year's lease.

Dogs that'll get along with other dogs (I have two) are fine, no smoking indoors please. No cats please.

Huge backyard with great view of the Gunks as well as of people jumping.
